    I work alongside young adults to design a lifestyle that aligns with their values and brings them joy, connection, and an overall sense of well-being.

    Sometimes my clients can identify specific areas they are struggling with, such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationships, or uncertainty about their life path.  Others just aren’t exactly sure what keeps holding them back.

    Either way, we work together to figure out what is getting in the way, what is important to them, and how to effectively move forward in a way that feels comfortable and authentic.

    Topics that come up often:

    • Adjusting to life after college or high school

    • How to transition into “adulthood” while still feeling like myself

    • Navigating relationships and issues that arise from them, such as reducing social anxiety, establishing boundaries, and learning to say “no”

    • Living with parents and/or trying to move out

    • How to handle negative thinking

    • Figuring out what is meaningful to me right now, and then figuring out how to build a life that is aligned with those values

    • Identifying obstacles that are getting in the way of a completely fulfilling lifestyle

    • Identifying skills that I already use and can help with other challenges

    • How to build healthier habits

    • Managing levels of anxiety and/or depression and learning concrete skills that can reduce the negative symptoms

    • Identifying OCD symptoms and learning how to address them

    • Managing bouts of loneliness non-judgementally and lack of access to peers- and concrete, research-based tips, on what to do about it

    • Wanting to step back from social media and find more authentic opportunities

    • Looking for a job, or considering grad school, and managing the stress associated with working
